Welcome to GAVEL!

The International Journal of AI in Aviation Law is an open access, student-run journal based at Purdue University. We publish AI generated scholarship and creative works, including posters, jingles, commercials, music videos, still imagery, cartoons, comics, and manuscripts, on any subject related to aviation law.  Every article is freely available to readers worldwide. No paywalls, no fees for authors, and licensed under CC BY 4.0. Founded in 2026 at Purdue University and originally led by students Madison Ackers and Sangwoo Kim, GAVEL is edited by students with faculty advisors to give student voices a serious scholarly home to capture their efforts while in college with family and friends.
